FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
Do you prefer to work in the mornings, or maybe on the second shift, or even the night shift? Tell us about it and we will take it into consideration. Depending on our clients’ needs these could be these hours available: 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 6:00.

Paweł Olszewski

Uncompromising and always striving to continually improve services and maximise benefits for our clients. He is extremely well-educated in the area of engineering and production management. He obtained his education at Polish universities (West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin) and abroad (Syddansk University in Denmark).
Pawel’s studies in Denmark, in particular, allowed him to gain some practical knowledge in the area of quality management and lean methodology, which he has applied during his career working in various production environments for several years. At that time, acting as the ordering party as well as direct and indirect recipient of quality control services, he confirmed his beliefs that the systems offered in the market do not fully meet a clients’ needs. He wanted to fill this gap and established QSense and has been developing new standards in the area of quality management for several years now.
Andrzej Kublik

An active manager with almost thirty years of experience. Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. During his career, he worked with companies such as Business Management & Finance S.A., Autonika Holding S.A., IMCG Group, where he held management positions. He has a well-established knowledge of corporate finance strategy, project management, as well as management of international multicultural and multi-brand organizations. Privately, a music lover and a fan of historical books.

Kamila Olszewska
Business Development & Strategy Director
At QSense Kamila is responsible for planning and implementing strategic projects aimed at the company’s development, supporting innovation and building competitive advantage. She is a food technologist by education and an MBA graduate. Although she has devoted her entire professional career to the areas of quality, R&D, innovation and new technologies, yet working with people and supporting them in their career development is what gives her the most satisfaction at work.
Thanks to her empathy, she is able to listen to her employees’ needs and offer them support. She has something that makes teams in which she works harmonious, and employees can rely on each other.
Her favorite way to relax from work is to spend time with her family during trips to the seaside.
Chief Technology Officer
A technology visionary focused on developing QSense in the spirit of Industry 4.0. Responsible for the most demanding IT and R&D projects, consistently building the company’s competitive advantage through innovative solutions and a bold approach to technology.
Holds a degree in computer science and many years of experience in delivering complex technological initiatives. Built his professional career around the development and supervision of systems of significant operational importance, gradually expanding his scope of responsibility to include strategic and transformational areas. In subsequent years, led projects on an international scale, supporting organizations in increasing process efficiency, standardizing operations, and implementing modern organizational solutions.
Spends his free time expanding his technological and programming horizons, breaking his own records on go-kart tracks, and training his eighty-kilogram Great Dane.
Marcin Urbanowicz
Director of Quality and Operations
Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow and Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Management. He also earned an Executive Master of Business Administration degree.
He has 21 years of experience in the automotive and steel industry. He has worked as Quality and Production Director, in managerial and engineering positions, and as a trainer, consultant and expert in the fields of quality management, production management, lean management, and as a member of task force teams. He has participated in the start-up of 4 manufacturing plants in greenfield projects. The phrase “Customer Satisfaction at any cost” is written in his DNA.
He acts in accordance with Hannibal’s words “either we find a way or we make one for ourselves”.
Privately, he loves fast cars. In his spare time, he plays and sings in a music band. He especially enjoys walking on mountain trails with his wife and 2 sons.
Wiktor Szczypiński
Brand Manager
Full of positive energy and incredibly charismatic. Following in the footsteps of some of the greatest entrepreneurs, he turned his studies in economics into his business, which he successfully ran until 2019. He brought the experience he acquired during this time to QSense effectively setting the pace for recruitment processes. On a day-to-day basis, he is the promoter and maintainer of the QSense brand. He takes care of Marketing and PR with care. He is an advocate of creative and aggressive advertising. He inspires and “throws themes” that stay in the thoughts of his audience for a long time. As the soul of the company, he initiates and organises all events and team-building meetings. He cares for good relations and bonds with others. Privately – An amateur of art history and an avid gamer. He will soon run out of room for new tattoos.
Michał Dudar
Business Development Manager
He describes himself as a Man of Sales, Negotiation, Communication and Relationship Building. And at the same time, he is a specialist in the temporary labor and recruitment market who breaks patterns and changes habits. He has more than a dozen years of commercial experience in service sales industries, and has been involved in the Temporary Employment Agency and perm industry for the past 8 years. He has served as Business Development Manager at QSense since 2023.
Formerly a student of spatial management at the Faculty of Architecture, Wroclaw University of Technology – architect technician.
Invariably in love with the history of architecture and the Roman Empire for years. In addition, a husband and father of two daughters, home-grown musician (even with papers) and author of the best never-recorded album of film music. In his spare time, which he usually doesn’t have, he plays basketball, sips wine (red!) and skis on whatever slopes are available.
Karolina Karge
Chief Accountant
Graduate of the Oskar Lange University of Economics in Wrocław. For eighteen years practicing finance and accounting in many industries. In recent years it has been the property development sector at leading developers. Karolina, for seven years, as the chief accountant, had under her care an investment that you cannot pass by indifferently – Sky Tower.
She brought her acquired experience, meticulousness and pleasant character to QSense at the beginning of 2021.
Privately, Karolina is a fan of Yoga and home-made bread! At weekends you can find Karolina at the Olympic Stadium cheering for Sparta Wroclaw!
